Thirty Years, and Moving Forward!
Central Oregon is one of the best places in the world to call home. Our majestic Cascade Mountains, the pine-clad forests and high desert sagebrush steppe, the silver ribbon we call the Deschutes winding through the heart of it all…we live in paradise! The key to enjoying it on a long-term basis is, for most of us, a job!
Mid Oregon Personnel celebrated a milestone just last month: Thirty years of serving our community, thirty years of matching good people with good employers. Over the past three decades, we have helped fulfill staffing needs for Central Oregon’s top companies and helped multiple thousands of people find fulfilling jobs. Our 30th anniversary is a celebration for the community as a whole, and we would like to say “THANK YOU” to all those who have been a part of what we do.
As 2014 progresses and we look to our next thirty years, Mid Oregon Personnel continues to move forward! Business is good–we know that, not just by the numbers, but by what our clients have to say–but we’re not content to stand still. One of the first things you’ll notice is our new website. We wanted a fresh, open new design that really highlights our business clients and real people whose careers have received a boost from a Central Oregon job opportunity we’ve offered. They are the true barometer of our success; the legacy we are building is written in what our customers have to say about us.
In addition to the website’s new look, we have launched a new easy-to-use application form for Central Oregon jobs that can be filled out and submitted right online. Simply browse current job listings, click on the “apply now” tab, and you’re in the running!
Our business clients will benefit from our growing brand message. Mid Oregon is working with Bend’s own Intrepid Marketing on comprehensive marketing strategies that will ensure quality applicants are exposed to our brand on multiple media and easily find us when they query the search engines. We understand that the depth and quality of our marketing has a direct effect on the quantity and quality of applicants available to meet your needs. Maintaining consistent, creative marketing is an important part of how we serve you!
Over the past thirty years, Mid Oregon has built its long-standing reputation on relationships. Conversational, person-to-person interviews seek to determine a person’s goals so that they can be met. “Our word is our bond,” says our President and Founder, Greg Lambert. We do what we say we will do.”

“The essence of our company is that we find out what people need and serve them the way they want to be served,” says Lambert. “We like to use a shoe analogy: We don’t have a shoe that you have to try and fit into; we work hard to find the best fit for you—whether you’re an employer or someone seeking employment.”
