CLEAR Alliance is a growing 501c3 non-profit organization located in Prineville Oregon.
CLEAR Alliance is unique as it is built and operated by Oregon public health and public safety
officials and community leaders. Our mission is to prevent youth and adult substance abuse and
impaired driving through evidence-based education (such as online video curriculum, digital
flyers and “Did you know?” ads (available in print and digital), media campaigns, and online and
CLEAR Alliance is seeking a candidate with the following skillset:
- Must take initiative to seek ways to creatively advance CLEAR Alliance’s educational work
through its website outreach and market its business.
- Must be knowledgeable in WordPress, MemberPress, website development and coding for the
agency’s unique needs – such as launching our new educational curriculum and materials.
Ongoing website updates and maintenance.
- Must be knowledgeable in E-commerce, shopping carts, merchant services, connecting
customer orders to and from Quickbooks.
- Must be proficient in reading, writing and computer skills. Proofreading work is a must.
- Must verify website, formatting, hyperlinks, E-commerce is working effectively and efficiently.
- Must have strong attention to detail and be a multi-tasker.
- Collaborate and assist CLEAR Alliance Project Manager, Graphic Designers, staff, team
members, coalitions, Executive Director, and Board Directors.
- Coachable, adapts to feedback, highly organized, consistent work ethic, punctual, and follow
professional dress code.
- Passionate about learning about alcohol, drug, and impaired driving trends, prevention
education, and is excited to work in a growing statewide non-profit with opportunity for growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Must be able to work in-person in
Prineville office and work remotely as CLEAR Alliance requests. Completes a variety of
website development and administrative support tasks delegated by Supervisor and/or staff.
Position may interface with community partners, schools, various coalitions and civic groups, the
public, and public service community partners. Occasional evening and weekend work is rare
but may be required.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an
individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Graduate required. Associates of Arts or
Science and/or Bachelor of Arts or Science from an accredited institution is preferred, but not
required. A combination of website and marketing educational training and experience is
preferred, but not required. Persons who are fluent in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Must be able to read, write, analyze, interpret surveys and evaluation
reports, and data charts. Accurately translate CLEAR Alliance educational products through
website software and/or apps. Ability to interact effectively with others, present information to
staff, and respond timely to questions and tasks.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts,
interest, and understand Excel. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to be an independent and critical thinker, ask questions,
define problems, collect data and facts, and draw valid conclusions.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for office clean up, emptying garbage,
vacuuming, assist partners, staff, and contractors as needed, and cross-train for additional workrelated opportunities.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Possession of a valid driver’s license and
reliable transportation. Company vehicles are not available. The person in this position will be
required to use his/her own vehicle for work related purposes (local mileage is not reimbursed by
CLEAR Alliance, statewide travel reimbursed for projects approved by Executive Director).
Staff who teach and/or provide prevention education are encouraged (and may be required) to
attain Certified Prevention Specialist certification after 2 years of full-time work in a prevention
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Lifting educational materials and inventory, carrying presentation
equipment and supplies to and from venues where educational presentations occur. The position
is regularly required to sit, talk, hear, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach for and handle
objects, lift, carry, pull totes and rolling carts, and set up educational displays, and occasionally
required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

COMPENSATION: Depends on experience. Please indicate desired hourly pay range in
resume and any schedule restrictions. Work performance assessed on a regular basis.
BENEFITS: Medical insurance covered 100% by employer for full time staff (32 hours per
week on average or more), which is offered after 60 days probationary period with options to add
family members at staff’s cost. Generous PTO for employees. Option for eligible staff to start a
401K with company after 1000 hours of service.
