Full Job Description

We are currently hiring for the following opening:

  • Full-time, night shift position in our Residential Facility. Shifts may include weekdays and

weekends.

What you’ll be doing (not limited to):

  • Supervising residential clients, maintaining safety at all times
  • Modeling consistent and healthy relationship boundaries.
  • Facilitating the day to day residential set schedule.
  • Maintaining “line of sight” at all times.
  • Performing light cleaning & organizational duties.
  • Participating in activities with residential clients, including sports, games, arts and crafts.
  • Attending outings in the community with clients (not included in night shift)
  • Attending required professional development trainings as directed.

clients.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to balance and prioritize competing demands.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work without bias and with equal regard and respect to all clients.
  • Ability to separate personal beliefs from program goals and procedures.
  • Active driver’s license
  • Ability to address conflict and challenging behavior directly; (Specialists cannot be conflict[1]avoidant, or emotionally reactive).
