Full-Time City Recorder
City Recorder – $15.00 Hourly – We are recruiting for a full-time City Recorder. The City Recorder will act as the City’s Chief Executive Officer, head of the administrative branch of the City government and is directly responsible to the Mayor and City Council for the proper administration of all affairs of the City. The City Recorder serves as City Budget Officer, Records Manager, Chief Finance Officer, and Office Manager. Attends all City Council meetings and other city meetings as required. Overall, the City Recorder serves as the City’s information broker and resource linker assuring the ongoing continuity of City interests. Minimum experience and education requirements include 2-3 years Recent experience working with Quickbooks; Accounts payable & receivable; 6-months- 1 year of experience working in or with Municipality groups; Processing payroll, taxes & employee benefits; Accurate data entry skills; working with a diverse group of people and be a team player; HS diploma or equivalent; and, possession of, or ability to obtain and maintain a valid ODL. Position is open until filled.
