Production Associate

  1. Job Description


Production Associates are responsible for a wide variety of tasks, including packaging, labeling, constructing, stocking and quality control.  Certain positions require a strong mechanical aptitude.  Most tasks are done by hand with certain tasks requiring the use of power tools or specialized machinery, some of which are automated.   All tasks are monitored for efficiency and throughput. The tasks, at times, can be extremely repetitive and demanding.  All Production Associates are a vital part of the team and are held to a high level of responsibility for their role in the company.

  1. Duties
    • The duties of the Production Associate include, but are not limited to, the following.
      • Filling of containers with product.
      • Labeling of products.
      • Construction of product packaging.
      • Quality Control.
      • Building of kits that contain different products.
      • Stocking of shelves.
      • Cleaning of parts and pumps.
  1. Physical Requirements
    • Lifting 40+ lbs. non-repetitively
    • Working on your feet for 8+ hours
    • Standing on concrete for 8+ hours. Anti-fatigue mats are provided.
    • Use of hands for screwing -on and tightening of lids and caps repetitively, as well as other less physical but highly detailed tasks.
    • Good eye-hand coordination and fine motor skills.
    • Working with and around chemicals that include, but not limited to, isopropyl alcohol, acetone and methacrylic acid. Personal protective equipment is provided.
    • Ability to work in a warehouse environment that is heated to 65 degrees F but not cooled
    • Available for Day and evening shifts. Will train on Days 6:00am – 2:30pm, then move to Evenings 1:00pm – 9:30pm or 2:00pm – 10:30pm
