Overview
STRONG CANDIDATES FOR THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM INSTALLER POSITION POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
- 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license required;
- Previous experience installing commercial or residential irrigation systems preferred, but not required; we will train you and offer ample opportunity to advance in the company;
- Ability to learn and perform installation and revisions of irrigation systems including hard-wiring of control panels, sprinkler head installation, head adjustments, PVC pipe, pump and valve attachment and installation, poly pipe clamping and installation, maintenance checks;
- Experience with hand tools, shovels and rakes;
- Experience operating trenching machines, digging tools and other related grounds/landscape equipment a bonus;
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics and drawings;
- Must be reliable and have an excellent work ethic;
- Must possess a physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (windy, wet, damp, hot, cold, etc.);
- Must be able to listen and take direction from supervisors;
- Must have a positive attitude and collaborative work style that makes you an asset to our team.
SCHEDULE. This is a full-time, year-round position working Monday – Friday position, and with opportunity for overtime.
Pay: $23-27/hr DOE
