• Have a current class A CDL or eligible to obtain immediately
  • Clean driving record
  • Stable work history (excluding those that are new to the work force; temporary or seasonal work experience; or where lack of stability of work history that was a direct result of the recession
  • Work full-time Monday-Friday and overtime as required on occasion
  • Meet employer’s neat and well-groomed appearance standards



  • Route sales experience



  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Wear employer supplied uniform
  • Route sales & deliveries utilizing company truck
  • Routes include: Bend, John Day, Burns, Prineville, Sisters and Redmond with return to Redmond, no layovers



  • Have strong focus on sales to include generating new business as well as maintaining and developing existing business
  • A commitment to excellent customer service; attention to detail; and an excellent work ethic
  • Be a team player with an outgoing personality



  • Wage = Daily Rate, plus commission is based on new AND existing accounts

Employment Package/Salary:

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with occasional weekends and holidays.  Employer is open on holidays; Closed Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and Thanksgiving Day.

  • Employment contingent on a preliminary DMV and Annual MVR review.
  • Employment contingent on pre-employment drug screening, which includes marijuana screening, and periodic random drug screenings and alcohol screenings as required by DOT.
