ROUTE SALES DRIVER
REQUIREMENTS:
- Have a current class A CDL or eligible to obtain immediately
- Clean driving record
- Stable work history (excluding those that are new to the work force; temporary or seasonal work experience; or where lack of stability of work history that was a direct result of the recession
- Work full-time Monday-Friday and overtime as required on occasion
- Meet employer’s neat and well-groomed appearance standards
PREFERRED:
- Route sales experience
JOB DUTIES:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Wear employer supplied uniform
- Route sales & deliveries utilizing company truck
- Routes include: Bend, John Day, Burns, Prineville, Sisters and Redmond with return to Redmond, no layovers
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:
- Have strong focus on sales to include generating new business as well as maintaining and developing existing business
- A commitment to excellent customer service; attention to detail; and an excellent work ethic
- Be a team player with an outgoing personality
COMPENSATION:
- Wage = Daily Rate, plus commission is based on new AND existing accounts

Employment Package/Salary:
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with occasional weekends and holidays. Employer is open on holidays; Closed Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and Thanksgiving Day.

COMPENSATION:
- Wage = Daily Rate, plus commission is based on new AND existing accounts

Pre-Employment/Continuing Employment Notes
- Employment contingent on a preliminary DMV and Annual MVR review.
- Employment contingent on pre-employment drug screening, which includes marijuana screening, and periodic random drug screenings and alcohol screenings as required by DOT.
- Employment contingent on review of Criminal and Background Check.
A noncompetition agreement is required as a condition of employment.
